INDY....It's certainly good to see you. I've missed you, my friend! You probably have noticed that I don't frequent the old stomping ground any longer. I got very disillusioned with all the drama that was going on (and very little newsworthy stuff). I clicked on the link in your name, but it didn't go anywhere. Have you created a blog? Please fill me in!
BTW...you might consider taking the Brinkman out of the garage before lighting up!! ;-)
It's a summer tradition here at Casa Indy... Friday afternoons, smoke ribs and sit in the lounger with my laptop. There's a fan to draw the smoke out the window, and the door is wide open. No danger, just yummy smells. Problem is, we're both on Weight Watchers this year. Ribs are about 50 points...

Indy, how about smoking some fish instead then? The best salmon I EVER had was freshly smoked with applewood right after pulling it out of the lake!
