Is that recall as in "take back, return" or recall as in "misplaced it and in need of a reminder email"?
If it is the first, sorry no can do Mr. T. J. Scrooge. Don't disappoint the child at heart waiting for their virtual present to be dropped off. They have probably checked numerous times and will continue to do so until their Secret Santa coughs up some presents. ;-)
If it is the second, a reminder email can be arranged.

i don't celebrate xmas, so my wish will be for a healthy and peaceful one for all my friends who do celebrate.
