Now that's a prissy puppy.
Only a tried and true blogger would think to blog about this. And only a true blogger would watch and enjoy it.
He did go out a little bit later when the rain let up slightly. It's really miserable out there today.
Would you go out in public in that get-up?

It's just his backyard. Better than getting totally drenched!
