they're just singing along with the village people. you can't see the guy in the back, but he's got his fingers up to form the y, the clown is forming the m, the guy at the front sink has formed a c with his torso, and if you look at the girl straight on, you'll see that her legs, combined with the heads of the 2 sink guys form the a. just some good clean fun.
