This photo was taken last year at the end of April in North Yorkshire, England. (My hubby's home). I am standing in one of the hundreds of rape fields in bloom that can be found throughout the area during Spring. The fields are so yellow that even on rainy days it is as though the sun is shining brightly on the countryside. I always feel homesick (for the lack of a better word) for N. Yorkshire this time of year since this is when we usually go visit.
It's so beautiful there.
