HOW TO......

Simon's little noggin was apparently working overtime yesterday. He yapped another idea to me while lying in bed watching TV last night. He thought that some "How To" posts might be interesting. I told him to go to sleep and we'd discuss it in the morning.

Well, that idea started rolling around in my noggin and I thought, heck, let's give it a try. So, here's one that is not only a how-to, but an opportunity to see Marianne from Gilligan's Island. I think her technique might only be worth it when lots of potatoes need to be peeled. I certainly wouldn't go through that for just 3 or 4.
