Passover Begins

Last night our extended family gathered via Skype, and we all participated together in reading from the Hagaddah. During dinner we stayed on line and chatted with one another, and it was as though we were all sitting around the same table.

This year, I think I will to try and abide by not eating anything with yeast. I'll see how long I can last. If I succeed in doing so, it will be the first year ever! I've stocked up on matzoh and other Passover goodies, so we'll see!

Have you ever had Matzoh Brie? That's the best thing in the world on Passover.

I like it with salt and pepper not sweet.

YES!!!! I love them! I have never made them before, but I was thinking of calling my mom tonight for the recipe (I'm sure it must be easy) so I could make it for breakfast tomorrow! Funny you should comment on it.

That anonymous was me. That is one thing I'm trying to understand. Why in the world would I need to input my name each time I submit a comment on my own blog?

I understand now. I wasn't signed in. Although, I should have been considering I followed the link from my email telling me you had commented. Oh well, still learning.

LOL!

Cool beans ;-)

They are very easy to make. You just take Matzoh and wet it in water or milk and break it into small pieces. How much you wet it depends on whether you prefer soft or crunchy. For soft the Matzoh should be soaked (oy gebrochts!). You scramble the eggs add a little milk, slat and pepper at your discretion, mix in the matzoh and fry it. I like it with LOTS of pepper.

Sugar, syrup or something else? For me, it's sugar. Probably because that's what I grew up with. Just lightly sugared now.

Did you go to your friend's house for Seder tonight?

No, too cold and rainy, might snow and I just got over the flu. I didn't feel like getting sick again and it's a 90 mile drive each way.

I've written an ass kicker post that I'm going to post on ireport tomorrow. It's sure to piss a lot of people off.

Keep an eye out for it.

I still receive email notifications, so I definitely will. BTW, I reactivated my ynb account last night, just in case anyone wanted to write me, and I already received a PM from infoaddict.

Have you noticed that no one explains anything when they say I'm wrong they just say I'm wrong.

to give Krazy some credit....he did admit there is some logic in what you've said!

I wonder if Christians believe there could ever be a second son of God?

Now that would be something to see!

You realize that I have them in a bind because until they accept that there is no connection between Judaism and Christianity the can't really bash Judaism.

yorksnbeans said...

But they already do, by believing those who don't acknowledge Christ will go to hell. I know not all Christian denominations believe than, but some Protestant faiths do, especially Baptists.

I wish I could stay on for awhile, but we're going out and running errands on this beautiful sunny day!

Part II will address that. And dispel the popular claim that atheism was the proponent of the Holocaust. It was Christian Hatred.

They can't bash the importance of the Bible or say the Bible is wrong. They can only say that Jesus is an addition.

Enjoy! It's snowing here.
