I can see your thought process m2. When I came up with the question, I thought about it for awhile and was stumped on which one to choose. I was leaning toward hate because one can be angry but not necessarily feel hate. Hate is obviously the stronger emotion which can lead to violence. Anger doesn't necessarily lead to that, but it could. I'm still not sure about the origins of greed.
i.e. Hating the life you live pushing you to better yourself or anger at how someone is treating you and doing what you need to do to stop the bad treatment.

I'm feeling like anger. I think anger causes hate and greed, with sometimes hate causing greed.

If used correctly hate and anger can be positive.
i.e. Hating the life you live pushing you to better yourself or anger at how someone is treating you and doing what you need to do to stop the bad treatment.
